Noble Cleaning Company LLC is looking to hire more valuable employees. We are a local cleaning business in the Springfield area that provides services to residential clients in a 50-mile radius of Springfield. We value our employees and clients. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team.

This position could potentially turn into a team lead position with a raise including.

Starting Pay: $11/hour depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactivity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely

• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain schedule

• Able to move to perform various tasks with or without reasonable accommodations  

• Valid Driver’s License and insurance

• Reliable transportation - must be able to drive to and from clients homes on occasion; mileage will be paid at $0.57/mile. 

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

• Must be able to pass a background check

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Job Description:

Dusting

Vacuuming

Sweeping

Mopping

Cleaning mirrors, cabinets, countertops, sinks, windows, etc.

Cleaning bathrooms

Cleaning kitchens

Cleaning bedrooms

Any other tasks assigned by management
